Hello, my name is McKenzie DeRennaux!
DeRennflaux (Day-Ren-Flow) is my stage name.
I hold my trust in energy and harnesses it immensely in everything I do.
I have been experimenting with creative outlets for my energies for many years now, a few of them being: yoga, dance, flow arts, fine arts and graphic art. Beyond these arts I am a Dietetics student at Fontbonne University working towards my Masters. My dream is to be a healer through holistic medicine.
DESIGN
Design is something I have always had an eye for, my interest peaking in composition and branding. This love for the arts lead me to Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design where I completed 2 years of education in Communications (Graphic) Design. After much learning and growing as an artist, I decided to discontinue my education with RMCAD and become a freelance artist. I have been actively designing for clients since.

PERFORMANCE
Flow arts is something I have enjoyed for over 4 years now, being a stage performer for over 2 of those years. I excel in hoop, fans (silks and fire), and have recently found interest in dragon staff and juggling. I have a vast collection of props ranging from day, LED, and fire. I am a member of the Firechasers performance arts collective, based out of St. Louis, MO. We specialize in fire performances, but are in no way limited to that.
I incorporate my love for body movement through yoga and technique with props to bring a fun and exciting performance! My flow is fluid, full of emotion and seemingly effortless.
